A town deserves a counterparty whose whole job is the harvest. Farms exists so the people running the greenhouse, keeping the pantry share, and signing local paychecks are structurally the same people making the promises — and so those promises survive any single project, partner, or negotiation upstream.

Thermal design and supply. Cole is why the tanks, glass, and exchangers show up in the right order — and why the produce leaves the campus cold-chained and on time.
We don’t make energy, and we don’t claim to cool the servers better. We catch what was already being thrown away, at the fence line, before it leaves.

The heat handoff is metered and third-party readable. When a competitor’s tool is cheaper — a heat pump’s BTUs, say — we say so out loud.
Where we are now: pre-construction. Pod No. 1 proves the physics at household scale; the Unit and Campus programs are in active site and partner conversations across Virginia and beyond. This page will say so when that changes.
